She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Computer Information Systems from Ottawa University and a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University. In addition, Michelle teaches as an adjunct professor for Wilmington University within their College of Technology Graduate Program and she is relaunching the International Association of Women’s Orlando Chapter to empower women in their communities.
World-traveling and voracious reading fosters her growth, while surfing, family and friends fuel her soul!

Amy shares Michelle’s passion to help young professional women step into their power in the workplace. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) but has focused her analytical skills on people in her corporate career. With core proficiencies in consumer research, sales, and marketing, she has applied those skills across disparate industries from consumer product goods, to healthcare, to the liquor industry. As a trained facilitator, she has led strategic planning and workplace coaching utilizing a variety of tools to help people help themselves. Teaching people to fish so they can go forth and be their awesome selves is her style of coaching.

Courtney is a marketing consultant with eight years of experience in visual and written communications. She holds a master’s degree in publications design from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor’s degree in English, with a focus in journalism, from Randolph-Macon College. As a creative individual who is passionate about all-things marketing and design, Courtney believes brand identity is the first step to a company’s success. Brand defines the mission, vision and values of a company. It solidifies company culture and provides a visual story that complements that culture.
